Yesterday my father was transported home from Burlington Health and Rehab with LAS. The drivers who transported my dad were so kind and gentle with my dad who is paralyzed due to a massive stroke. The rehab did not send most of my father’s belongs which they said they would. One of the drivers, Hiram, told me that he was going back to the rehab that day and would get everything. He managed to get everything we where missing and I met up with him to pick it up. It saved me a two hour round trip during a time that I am my dad’s caretaker and can’t afford to be away that long. I can’t thank Hiram enough for his kindness.
